SJD Consultancy help enhance Brunshaw Primary School

SJD Consultancy, a reputable telecoms company in Burnley, have recently supplied and installed a new telephone system for Brunshaw Primary School and have received some fantastic feedback from the School.

A spokesman for Brunshaw said: "We contacted SJD Consultancy as we wanted to look at a new telephone system that would work better for us as a school.

"Our previous supplier had many hidden costs and when working on a tight school budget this made things difficult. SJD visited our school and advised on an upgrade to a Voicehost Telephone System, where we would be able to make changes ourselves by a user friendly portal, record calls and modify any out of hours requirements.

"The installation was carried out smoothly over a period of days with new handsets installed and they handled the porting of the number over from the old supplier.

"Staff were trained on the Voicehost System, which is very user friendly. They also installed point to point wifi for use between two school buildings.

"We are extremely pleased with the new system and the technical support has been great, with someone always getting back to us within the day."
