SJD Consultancy event to raise money for Pendleside Hospice

This year, SJD Consultancy is incredibly proud to be taking part in the Pendleside Hospice Corporate Challenge 2024, alongside over 70 local businesses of all shapes and sizes.

Last year, the challengers collectively raised £167,926.74 for Pendleside Hospice, which has running costs of £6 million each year, and only 20 per cent of this cost is funded through NHS grants, meaning the Hospice has to raise over £4.9m pounds each year. SJD Consultancy has close connections with Pendleside Hospice and it means a lot to the company to fundraise for this amazing cause.

So, what is SJD Consultancy doing to help fundraise?

On Friday the 16th of August at 7:30pm at the Lowerhouse Cricket Club in Burnley, they will be hosting a fundraising night, which will be jam-packed full of fun including a world-famous iconic comedian, a raffle (with some fantastic prizes to play for), an auction (with some brilliant signed limited edition items) and great music.

And, you’ll be treated to some pie and peas whilst there!

Unfortunately, the event has now been sold out and is at maximum capacity, but we can’t wait to see how the evening goes - you can keep up with their updates on all their social media pages.
