Simply Corporate has announced the appointment of Lisa Ion MIPA as Insolvency Practitioner, further strengthening the firm’s senior leadership team.
Lisa joins existing Insolvency Practitioner Natalie Hughes MIPA, MABRP, marking an important milestone for the practice as one of the few smaller firms to have two female Insolvency Practitioners.
Lisa Ion brings extensive experience, technical expertise, and commercial insight to Simply Corporate. Her appointment enhances the firm’s ability to deliver practical, strategic, and results-driven solutions to businesses and individuals navigating financial challenges.
Lisa said: “I’m delighted to be joining Simply Corporate. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, practical solutions with a personal approach. I look forward to working alongside Natalie, Andy and the wider team to continue supporting directors and stakeholders with strategic, forward-looking guidance.”
The pairing of two female Insolvency Practitioners within a smaller practice is a notable achievement in a profession where senior representation has historically been limited.
For Simply Corporate, however, this milestone reflects more than representation—it demonstrates the firm’s commitment to building a team that is skilled, collaborative, and focused on long-term client outcomes.
Clients will benefit from direct access to senior decision-makers who are deeply involved in each case, ensuring responsive communication and tailored strategies. The strengthened leadership team enhances the firm’s capability across corporate restructuring, formal insolvency appointments, advisory services, and director support.
As economic conditions continue to evolve, Simply Corporate remains dedicated to providing clear, strategic advice grounded in integrity and commercial awareness. With Lisa Ion’s appointment, the firm reinforces its position as a forward-looking practice committed to excellence in insolvency and restructuring.
