Seriun is delighted to welcome James Hampson as its new Business Growth Manager

Since joining the team last month, James has already been making an impact - strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping businesses leverage Seriun’s IT, Telecoms, and Cyber Security solutions.

 Meet James

Born in Burnley and now based in the Ribble Valley, James lives with his partner Amelia and their two children. With a strong background in business development and client engagement, James has also held leadership roles in Retail.

He progressed through senior management positions at Tesco and Morrisons before transitioning into FE business development with Shipley College and Estio Training, supporting businesses with various training solutions including IT & Digital programmes.

Most recently, James was membership manager at Community & Business Partners CIC, supporting businesses and communities across the Lancashire region.

His expertise in relationship-building and growth strategies makes him a valuable asset to Seriun’s expanding sales team. James works closely with Bryn Speed, business development manager, to strengthen partnerships with both new and existing clients.

 A Strong Start at Seriun

In his first month, James has already been embedding himself into the Seriun team, meeting with clients, and getting to grips with the company’s full-service IT, Telecoms, and Cyber Security offerings.

He is also actively working towards additional Microsoft qualifications to enhance his expertise.

James said: “I’m really enjoying my time at Seriun.

“The team has been incredibly supportive, and I’m already seeing the difference we make for businesses. I’m excited to keep building relationships and continuing to help customers thrive with our assured and trusted IT services.”

Looking Ahead

Andy Long, sales manager, said: “It’s fantastic to have James onboard. He’s already a well-known face in the Lancashire business community, and I have no doubt he’ll continue making a big impact. His enthusiasm and experience are proving invaluable.”

Seriun is excited to have James as part of the team and looks forward to seeing him grow in his role. If you’d like to connect with James or explore how Seriun can support your business, get in touch today!
