MSP Seriun is proud to announce the newest addition to their service desk team, Ben Grantham.

From Clitheroe, Ben joins Seriun following his role as a work coach for the Department of Work and Pensions at Nelson Jobcentre. He is excited to take on the role of service desk engineer at Seriun and pursue his passion for IT and cyber security.

As an IT Engineer, Ben will support the service desk by providing technical assistance to customers. He will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as network and system problems. Essentially, Ben will ensure end-users have the technical support they need to perform their jobs efficiently.

Ben is eager to learn and grow in his role, gaining relevant industry qualifications. His goal is to eventually develop his cyber security skills and transition to Seriun’s cyber security division. He said: “I am really pleased to have joined Seriun and be able to work with such a knowledgeable team. I have always been passionate about IT and cyber security, and I’m looking forward to developing my skills and knowledge in the area.”

Paul Jameson, Seriun’s service desk manager, also expressed his enthusiasm about Ben’s arrival, saying: “We’re delighted to welcome Ben to our team. His passion for IT and cyber security, combined with his experience in customer service, make him an excellent addition.”

Ben’s drive and eagerness to learn make him an asset to the Seriun team, and the company is excited to see him grow and develop in his role.
