Senior Architect Alec is promoted to associate

HPA Architects are delighted to announce the promotion of Alec Hunter to the senior team in the role of associate, recognising his mentorship, deep industry experience, and commitment to thoughtful, sustainable design.

Alec has over 15 years of architectural experience across Norfolk and the Southeast with a portfolio which spans a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, commercial and conservation.

Since joining HPA, Alec has become a valuable contributor to key areas such as environmental design, CDM protocols, Building Safety Act compliance, and in‑house health and safety, while also supporting the development of younger team members through mentoring.

Alec’s promotion to Associate reflects not only his technical capability and design talent but also his proactive leadership style and the positive impact he has made since joining HPA.
