We’ve posted our Christmas/New Year opening times below and on our website as a handy reminder.

You may have noticed some changes to our website – Apple Transcription has undergone a facelift and is now sporting a fresh, modern look.  We hope you like it!

Whilst, on the face of it, we may appear quite different, you can rest assured that the foundation remains unchanged: good, old-fashioned values of customer service excellence, always going the extra mile so that you receive the best transcription experience.

Behind the website scenes, another thing that hasn’t changed is our online system, providing you with a free of charge upload tool for large audio and video files (up to 10Gb), as well as a secure and seamless transcription workflow process every step of the way.

Thank you for your ongoing feedback – your input is greatly appreciated and helps us to continue to provide the ‘top notch’, ‘excellent’, ’10 out of 10’ service you describe and deserve.
