SE3 Projects appoints new director

Preston-based SE3 Projects, an independent construction consultancy based in Preston, has appointed Simon Lomiiko as director as it continues to become one of the region’s most reliable and credible construction consultancies.

In just two years, the independent construction consultancy has grown significantly, establishing a diverse client base across the UK, including major names such as Flexiss Group, Bruntwood, Blackpool Council and Liverpool City Council.

Simon will work alongside founder Sean Eden, expanding their client portfolio and contributing to the consultancy’s continued growth. This move marks the end of his time at Identity Consult.

With more than 12 years of public and private sector experience, Simon will be responsible for delivering strategic cost management, procurement, and employer’s agent services for clients.

As director, he will also play a crucial role in managing current client relationships and supporting the growth of SE3 Projects.

Founded in September 2023 by Sean Eden, SE3 Projects specialises in quantity surveying, employer’s agent services, contract administration, dispute resolution, and project management for public and private sector companies, as well as investors.
