Here at Cleanbright, all of our school cleaning staff are equipped with only the highest quality cleaning products and equipment, and are DBS checked and fully trained to complete school cleans to an exceptionally high standard.

Are you looking for a new contract cleaning team to help with keeping your staff and students safe in school? Here’s how you can get the ball rolling with Cleanbright!

Step 1 - Tell us about your needs

At Cleanbright, getting to know our clients is an important part of our process. Once you’ve taken the first step in calling our offices, or dropping us a line over email, we’ll be sure to take care of the rest!

Our friendly and approachable team are on hand to answer any questions you may have, and might in turn have some questions of their own.

We’ll take on board all of the information you provide and work alongside you to provide a personalised service which is tailored to the needs of your school, staff and students.

Step 2 - Detailed site evaluation

Once we’ve had a quick chat about your needs over the phone, a member of our team will then arrange a free, no-obligation site visit and evaluation, just so that we can make sure we have an accurate measure of your requirements.

A visit will help us to gain a better understanding of the scope of the job so that we can assign the appropriate amount of time and manpower, and put together a bit of a plan accordingly.

We’ll always try to be as flexible as possible to find a time that works well for you, and if you ever need to change the date or time of our scheduled visit, all you need to do is give us a call!

Step 3 - Assembling your team

After we’ve been to visit your school and completed our assessment, we’ll then make a start on assembling your cleaning team.

As well as being DBS checked and fully trained, each member of the Cleanbright team is committed to providing a high standard of service which prioritises quality and efficiency.

Step 4 - Keeping things clean!

Once we’ve settled on a plan which works well for you and put together your cleaning team, we’ll be all set to make a start! Our cleaners will take care of everything, so that you can return to concentrate on your other responsibilities.

Step 5 - We’ll keep checking in

Here at Cleanbright, we take pride in our friendly and flexible approach, and we’re always happy to tweak your cleaning schedule until we get things right. So, if things aren’t quite working out, please let us know!

The plans we draft are never set in stone - we know that circumstances can sometimes change. After the first few weeks, you might find that bringing an additional member of cleaning staff on board would be beneficial, or perhaps having our cleaners on site at a different time of day would work better for you. If this is the case, we’ll work to figure out a new arrangement which suits your needs.

We like to keep in touch with our clients to make sure that everything is running smoothly, and all work is being carried out effectively and efficiently by our team, so we’ll keep checking in from time to time. But, if you ever need to get in touch, we’re always only a phone call away!

Cleanbright is a family-run business with over 40 years of experience. Get in touch today to find out more about our school cleaning services.
