Scancapture's MD chosen for Engage For Success review panel

Scancapture's managing director Steve Smith has been chosen to be one of ten international employee engagement experts to sit on the review panel for the White Papers and Thought Leadership Papers Committee set up by David Cameron's initiative, Engage for Success.

The review panel will see Steve work with Professor Paul Sparrow of Lancaster University Management School, one of the UK's leading authorities on international HR and its management, alongside other academics, research analysts and business leaders.

The intention of this panel is to help build the brand of Engage for Success as a producer of useful, respected and innovative papers that all those associated with the brand can use to promote the benefits and power of employee engagement.

Steve will use his experience and research of employee engagement surveys managed by his company Scancapture over the last ten years and will help to produce authoritative reports and guides to educate readers and help business owners and company directors to make crucial business decisions.

Senior HR professionals and business owners are invited by Steve to view the evidence for the effectiveness of employee engagement strategies in improving business performance, productivity and profitability. He has made these reports available for free download at www.scancapture.co.uk.
