Paul Aisthorpe, director and co-founder of Scale-Ability has, since starting his journey as a business coach in Lancashire in 2014, supported over 100 business leaders in business growth.

Working as a commercial director at the start of the 2008 recession, Paul says, “It put all my strengths to the test, but it was never just about me. The business could not have achieved what we did without being a strong team, with everyone playing their part.

Using that experience, and in these times of heightened uncertainty, during the coronavirus pandemic, I wanted to help businesses in Lancashire and the North West with the critical challenge of putting together growth strategies and planning for the future.

We have added an ‘inspired thinking’ section to the website for our current ideas and useful advice on Covid-19 business support and will be running a ‘magic mentoring moments’ series of short videos to show how mentoring and coaching is helping SME leaders across the region.”
