With 26 years of experience in the automotive industry and having previously worked alongside head of business Les Peters at several points during his career, Damien knew he had to apply for the vacancy of Sales Executive when the opportunity came up. 

Knowing Swansway is a family-run business is another reason Damien applied for the role, having worked for family-run car dealerships in the past, he instantly knew he’d relish the working environment and that he’d be cared for by the company. 

Damien has settled in well and is loving his role; “I’m really enjoying it, one of the things I enjoy the most is ensuring great customer service. Some people think being a sales executive is just about selling cars, but the important part is making sure the customers are looked after”
