Save thousands on stamp duty this February at Spinners Brook and Green Hills

Kingswood Homes is offering to pay stamp duty on selected plots this February, with potential savings of up to £15,000*.

The offer is available on homes across both the Farmstead and Homestead Collections at Green Hills in Feniscowles, as well as at Spinners Brook in Hoddlesden.

Plot 203, a Rivington 4 at Green Hills Homestead Collection, comes with unrivalled specification which includes integrated AEG appliances, smart thermostat, and EV charger.

This stunning Georgian-inspired home offers over 1,630 sq ft of living space, featuring high ceilings and traditional Georgian windows. Plot 203 also comes with over £14,000 worth of extras including flooring fitted throughout and extended bathroom tiling.

Joel Winders, commercial director at Kingswood Homes, said: "With the stamp duty rates set to increase in April, we want to help house hunters overcome barriers to moving. By offering to pay stamp duty on selected plots, buyers could save thousands on their dream home."

The stamp duty offer is also on a Byre 3M, plot 12 at Spinners Brook. This is a fantastic three-storey home with flexible living spaces and countryside views which is within walking distance of Hoddlesden village.

The location is ideal for families, with an Ofsted-rated 'outstanding' school within walking distance.

Commuters benefit from excellent transport links, being just three minutes from the M65 and a 6-minute drive to Darwen train station, offering easy connections to Manchester, Salford, and Bolton. The development features countryside walks right on the doorstep, making it perfect for nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful retreat while staying connected to city life.

Another home which buyers could benefit from the stamp duty offer is the Thresher 2M, a three bedroom bungalow with a room in the roof, at Green Hills Farmstead Collection.

As part of the newest energy-efficient range of homes, this Thresher 2M includes solar PV panels and heat recovery systems to help reduce your carbon footprint and energy bills. Green Hills is a growing community and benefits from a number of shared green spaces and feature areas.

You can visit the Green Hills Farmstead Collection and Spinners Brook Thursday-Monday 10am-5pm. The Homestead Collection is available to view 7 days a week 10am-5pm.
