Santé Group welcomes two new key team members: Katie Hodgson and Nick Stone

Santé Group has announced two new appointments: Katie Hodgson as compliance manager and Nick Stone as partnerships and distribution executive.

Katie brings over 16 years’ experience in the insurance industry, having started her career in account management and advisory roles before moving into compliance in 2016.

She has since developed a strong background in regulatory compliance and business ethics, most recently serving as Senior Business Conduct Officer at Towergate Employee Benefits.

Katie said: “I really enjoy working in compliance – regulation is always evolving, which means there’s constantly something new to learn. I’m looking forward to supporting Santé Group as it continues to grow, helping ensure we’re always operating to the highest standards.”

Nick joins with over two decades of experience in the employee benefits sector. He began his career at Bupa and has since held roles across the intermediary, provider and technology space – building a deep understanding of partnerships and distribution.

Nick added: “I’ve always kept a close eye on Paul and Santé Group, and I feel my skills are a great fit for where the business is heading – particularly with its growing consultancy proposition.

"This feels like the right move at the right time, and I’m genuinely excited about what’s ahead.”
