Sales Geek is proud to announce the official launch of Sales Geek Mongolia, marking another major milestone in the organisation’s continued international expansion and reinforcing its mission to change the way the world perceives sales.

The move into Mongolia builds on a period of sustained global growth across Asia, Europe, and North America, positioning Sales Geek as the world’s largest provider of part-time sales directors. With operations now spanning multiple continents, the organisation continues to focus on delivering practical, sales leadership to businesses of all sizes.

Founded in the UK, Sales Geek has developed a reputation for combining commercial discipline with human-centred leadership, helping organisations move away from short-term fixes and towards sustainable, scalable sales systems.

Richard Few, Founder of Sales Geek, said: “When we started Sales Geek nine years ago in a small room in Lancashire, I never imagined we would one day be launching in Mongolia.

"Meeting the new team during our onboarding programme in India was a brilliant experience. Their energy, ambition and curiosity were infectious.

"They brought a great blend of serious capability and genuine Geeky enthusiasm, and I’m convinced they will make a roaring success of this new venture. The launch is another step towards building a global movement where modern sales leadership is accessible, practical, and built to last.”

The Mongolian operation is being led by local entrepreneurs Odkhuu, Temuulen and Enkh-Amar, experienced professionals who have worked closely with business owners and senior leaders across the country.

Odkhuu, co-Founder of Sales Geek Mongolia, said: "Over more than a decade of working closely with business leaders, I have seen many companies believe their sales problems can be solved through short-term training or by hiring one experienced salesperson. In reality, this rarely delivers lasting results.

"Sustainable sales success depends on leadership decisions, strategic direction, and the systems built to support them. Our purpose in bringing Sales Geek to Mongolia is to help business owners move beyond quick fixes and build long-term commercial capability.”

Temuulen added: “We are excited to launch Sales Geek in our country and look forward to becoming a crucial part of the business community here in Mongolia.

"Introducing Sales Geek’s proven frameworks and real-world experience, we want to help companies scale with confidence and build predictable, resilient revenue.”

Sales Geek’s approach focuses on embedding robust sales systems, developing leadership capability, and aligning commercial activity with long-term business strategy. Rather than relying on individual ‘star performers’ or sporadic training, clients are supported to create consistent, repeatable processes that drive sustainable growth.

Enkh-Amar, Co-Founder, added: “For over 10 years, I have envisioned a major breakthrough for the Mongolian sales industry, this passion is exactly what drove me to launch Sales Geek Mongolia.

"Our mission is to build a community of Top level sales geeks who deliver high-impact results for our partners. I am convinced that our local businesses are on the verge of incredible growth; all they need is the right sales engine to unlock it. We are here to build that future together.”

Through Sales Geek Mongolia, businesses will have access to the organisation’s full suite of services, including Your Sales Director, Your Sales Trainer, and Your Sales Mentor. These offerings are designed to support owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger organisations at every stage of their commercial journey.

“Bringing Sales Geek to Mongolia is a responsibility we take very seriously,” Temuulen concluded. “We are proud to be part of a global network, and we are committed to helping Mongolian businesses build stronger, more resilient futures through better sales leadership.”

This latest expansion reflects Sales Geek’s long-term ambition to create a globally connected network of commercial leaders, united by shared values, practical expertise, and a commitment to raising standards in sales leadership worldwide.
