RSM commits future to Preston

Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM has signed a ten-year lease on its Preston premises while growing its team by ten per cent.

After taking on 23 new students in 2023, the team at Bluebell House in Preston has increased to more than 220 people.

Karen Musgrave, RSM UK’s office managing partner for Preston, said: "We are thrilled to have renewed our tenure at Bluebell House and have recently welcomed colleagues back to the office following a major refurbishment project. Our new office space includes extended team areas and new client meeting rooms, ensuring we have the ideal environment in which to continue our great work with local businesses here in Lancashire and Cumbria for at least the next decade.

"The refurbished office also has more capacity for our growing team than ever before, providing our trainees with the latest technology and collaboration spaces to support them with all aspects of their professional development at RSM."

Nationally, RSM has recruited a record high of 769 new students across the UK in 2023, surpassing its previous record intake in 2022 (723) by six per cent as the firm continues to invest in its long-term growth plans.
