The Young ‘Uns Awards, organised by Lancashire Business View magazine and backed by the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), will honour Lancashire’s young professionals across a range of categories at a ceremony held in Blackpool on June 12.
The last Young ‘Uns awards was held in 2012 and Lancashire Business View and UCLan are now keen to make the event a regular part of the county’s commercial calendar.
There is also a Young ‘Un Business of the Year category to honour new organisations, and the most impressive entry overall will take home the esteemed ‘The Young ‘Un of 2015’ Award.
“We look forward to hearing from Lancashire’s future decision makers and celebrating their achievements.”
“Lancashire is such a great place to be a young person in business so we are delighted to be playing a key part in this year’s event. UCLan has a lot of exciting growth plans over the coming years so hearing from individuals who have their own plans for the future is incredibly inspiring and crucial for Lancashire. Nominations can be made by completing the entry form at www.lbvyoung-uns.co.uk before April 14. The shortlist will be announced on May 11 before the awards night itself on June 12.
