New Care’s The Hamptons care centre off Heyhouses Lane in Lytham St Annes has been rated among the best in the North West and included in the annual Top 20 Care Homes in the North West of England report by carehome.co.uk for the second year running.

Based solely on reviews of the care home written by residents and their family and friends on leading care home industry reviews website carehome.co.uk, the award is a great achievement for the home which is now 100% occupied.

Covering all aspects of everyday life in the care home, the reviews offer feedback on facilities, quality of care, support, cleanliness, food and drink offering and safety and security.  The staff team, activites programme and individual care for residents are also covered, and if residents feel that they are treated with compassion and dignity.

Out of the 1,868 care homes in the North West, it is a great achievement to be included in the Top 20 once again and reflects New Care’s commitment to only the highest standards of individual care for each of its residents.

Reviews manager at carehome.co.uk, Amanda Hopkins said: “It is only the residents and their families and friends who can give a real insight into what a care home is like, which is why we use their reviews to find the best care homes in the UK.

“The Hamptons has proved that it provides a high standard of care and we would like to congratulate the team on being a Top 20 Care Home for the second year in a row.  It is a huge achievement to be recognised as a top rated care home by those receiving the care and those reviews reveal that The Hamptons is a home that is filled with warmth and laughter where staff do their utmost to ensure residents continue to live life to the full and with dignity and respect.”

Home manager at The Hamptons, Suzanne Scholz, said: “It is wonderful to receive such great feedback from our residents and their families and we are absolutely thrilled to be included in the Top 20 for the second year running.  Our home is now 100% occupied which makes it a thriving and wonderful place to be, and this top class rating would not be possible without the unswerving passion and care that is delivered to residents on a daily basis by our talented team so I would like to thank them for their continued support.”

Located off Heyhouses Lane (behind Booths) in Lytham St Annes, The Hamptons is part of New Care, a development-led care home property developer that has an enviable reputation for state-of-the-art purpose-built care centres offering exceptional levels of residential, nursing and specialist dementia care.  For further information, please call 01253 720052 or visit www.newcarehomes.com
