High-growth businesses in Blackpool are set to benefit from an exclusive event featuring globally recognised keynote speaker and business strategist, Brad Waldron.

Organised to support ambitious business leaders and owners, the free event will provide invaluable insights into scaling businesses effectively and overcoming the challenges of rapid expansion.

Brad Waldron brings over two decades of experience in leadership and business transformation, having worked with some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Microsoft, L’Oréal, Sony, Warner Bros, and Diageo.

As the founder of a leading international leadership and sales development consultancy, Brad has helped businesses across multiple sectors accelerate their success.

His expertise in delivering high-impact strategies has made a lasting impact on companies looking to sustain growth and enhance performance.

In addition to his consultancy work, Brad serves as the executive chairman of Tonic Health, Europe’s fastest-growing supplement company, demonstrating his ability to turn vision into commercial success.

During the keynote, attendees will gain exclusive insights into the ‘Midnight Oil Mindset’, learning how to maintain focus, resilience, and drive under pressure.

Brad will share real-world ‘Scaling Stories’, highlighting what has worked, what hasn’t, and how to bounce back from setbacks.

Leaders will also discover effective techniques for ‘Leading Through Growth’, including strategies for team building, risk management, and making critical decisions under pressure.

The session will conclude with practical takeaways, equipping attendees with powerful tools and key questions to guide their next steps in business growth.

Brad Waldron said: “I am excited to engage with Blackpool’s thriving business community and share proven strategies that can help leaders navigate the complexities of scaling.

"Expect a session filled with real-world insights, practical applications, and the tools needed to push your business to the next level.”

Angela Kershaw, Blackpool Council’s head of business growth said: “Brad’s expertise in leadership and business transformation will provide attendees with invaluable insights to help them overcome challenges and accelerate their growth.

"This event presents a fantastic opportunity for Blackpool’s ambitious businesses to gain first-hand knowledge from one of the industry’s most experienced strategists.”

The event will be hosted by Ged Mills, an award-winning broadcaster and experienced event host, well known for his tenure at Radio Wave’s flagship Breakfast Show.

With more than 30 years in the industry and a passion for Blackpool’s business community, Ged will ensure a warm and engaging experience for all attendees.

On the day, representatives from the Blackpool Growth Business Academy and Blackpool Net Zero Business Academy will also be available to discuss fully funded, tailored support designed to help local businesses scale and progress on their sustainability journey.
