Relaxed luxury at Bartle Hall Hotel

By Lancashire Business View

29 Nov 2016

Bartle Hall Hotel is ideally situated between both its neighbouring towns of Preston and Blackpool.

The charming country hotel set amidst the beautiful Lancashire countryside offers an attractive presentation of dining, banqueting, hotel and conference facilities. Set in 16 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, the luxury hotel is full of charm and character.

Conferences

Conferences and seminars are also a speciality. The management has a high level of expertise in conference organisation and is at your disposal to ensure that your event runs smoothly.

Make your meeting a success with one of comprehensive conference packages. Located in the heart of Lancashire and within easy reach of the motorway network, Bartle Hall is conveniently located yet beautifully secluded. Whether it be a team building day or a corporate event, Bartle Hall is the perfect choice for your conferencing needs.

Christmas Parties

Kick off the festive season in style with a Christmas party night at Bartle Hall. With a delicious three-course menu made from the freshest ingredients, exciting entertainment and all-inclusive drinks packages, our fantastic party nights are not to be missed. With prices starting from £25 per person, they’re great value for money too!

Staying overnight

The hotel has 15 bedrooms which overlook the beautifully landscaped gardens or surrounding woodland where the tranquil atmosphere takes you away from the pressures of everyday life.

It is the perfect location for comfort and pure relaxation when away from home. Enjoy award winning cuisine created by the culinary team complemented by a fine wine in a tranquil atmosphere that will take you away from the pressures of everyday life.

Rooms range from a classic double, family rooms, to the secluded Ivy Cottage and Cottage Courtyard, which includes its own private outdoor area.

Bartle Hall has also been awarded a coveted AA Rosette for its new restaurant, Nest. It joins the top ten per cent of restaurants nationwide judged to be of a standard that is worthy of One Rosette and above.

Steeped in history

Bartle Hall stands in one of the four quarters of Woodplumpton, an ancient township once under the lordship of Earl Tostig, brother of King Harold who died at the battle of Hastings in 1066. Bartle Hall itself stands off Lea Lane on the site of premises which are known to have existed as far back as 1600.

Today, the hotel is a family run business offering a picturesque setting for conferences, weddings, leisure stays and boasting an excellent dining room serving the best of the season’s produce. Andrew Haworth’s family, with his parents Peter and Pat, took over the hotel in 1991 and the intervening 25 years have been a labour of love to turn the former country mansion into one of the county’s most appealing and idyllic venues
