Having recently moved into a new destination for their brand, partners and events, Red-Fern is continuing to invest in its team to drive the business forwards.

Over the past three months, they’ve recruited three brand new roles to help with their approach and continue to delight their digital partners.

They’ve recruited a project manager, creative designer and digital marketing apprentice to spark creativity and innovation, plus, introduce new processes and organisation. The agency can now take their partner work to the next level and reach new heights with their performance and results.

Red-Fern is always investing within themselves to add value in their work and partnerships. Plus, investing in apprenticeships is a great way of nurturing local talent and ensuring that the next generation of marketers to come through their ranks always uphold high-quality standards.

Digital marketing apprentice, Aaliah said: “This is my first professional job and I'm super excited to get going. The Red-Fern team has been incredibly welcoming, even though I’ve started my new role remotely. I’ve definitely made the right choice to develop my career here.

“There’s a great mix of personalities throughout the whole team and they all pull together to achieve the same objectives and goals. I’m looking forward to properly getting going and I’m keen to enhance my overall marketing knowledge for the benefit of our digital partners.”

Managing director, Sean Redfearn added: “Our latest three hires have been positions that we believe will take our business to a new level. To produce the best results, you need to invest in your team and give them the resources to achieve results that provide a certain wow factor.

“Throughout everything we do, we prioritise creativity, innovation, growth and culture. We’re investing in the team to ensure that this continues to bleed through in our efforts and that Red-Fern can continue to grow in 2021. We’re excited to see what the future holds and what returns we’ll get from our continued investment into our amazing team.”

Red-Fern continues to enjoy a period of fruitful growth. Unlike a lot of agencies, they managed to come out of 2020 in an ultra-strong position that allows them to build on their success over the coming year - and they’ve already made a solid start over the first couple of months.
