Rachael's road to success

Rachael Sedman, head of claims at West Craven Insurance Services, has successfully gained her professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII).

The CII is the world’s largest professional body for the insurance sector and has over 125,000 members worldwide. They ensure all their members commit to high professional standards, governance and best practice which gives the public piece of mind when dealing with CII accredited professionals.

Rachael has worked at West Craven Insurance for 3 years and has shown dedication and hard work in gaining the industry recognised qualification.

“I’m really pleased to have gained my Cert CII qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute," she said. "It was hard work but definitely worthwhile. West Craven Insurance feel it’s important to make sure we stay head of the game and always encourage and support staff in their continual professional development which in turn can only be a good thing for our customers too.”
