Property firm opens new Longridge office

Family-run estate and lettings agency Pendle Hill Properties has officially opened its new franchise in Longridge.

The new premises on Berry Lane will allow the business to continue servicing the Preston, South Ribble and Ribble Valley areas.

Sales director Thomas Turner, who is a native of the town, will head up the Longridge operation.

He said: “We have been selling and letting properties in the local area for some time, and it is brilliant to now have a permanent base here on the high street.”

The new office was opened by Ribble Valley MP Nigel Evans. He said: “It has been a real pleasure to be here today to support the opening of another shop on our high street.”

Pendle Hill Properties is a family-run estate and lettings agency, with its head office based in Read.

It has been operating for 15 years, providing a specialist residential property sales and rentals service across the Ribble Valley, Burnley and Pendle areas.
