Progress Housing Group invests in workforce with apprentice toolkit initiative

Progress Housing Group invested presented 12 apprentices with professional starter toolkits.

The apprentices, who joined the Group last year and who have recently completed their work probationary periods, received the toolkits during a special presentation recognising their commitment and marking an important milestone in their careers.

The starter toolkits, donated by C & W Berry, will provide the apprentices with the  equipment they need as they develop their skills within Progress Housing Group’s repairs and maintenance service.

Andy Baldwin, senior repairs and maintenance manager at Progress Housing Group, said: "This initiative is about giving our apprentices the best possible start in their careers.

Progress Housing Group has worked in partnership with C & W Berry for more than 18 years, with both organisations sharing a commitment to supporting skills development and investing in the next generation of tradespeople.
