A one-to-one coaching programme to help aspiring leaders, emerging managers and established people unlock their potential has been launched by employment law firm AfterAthena.
The programme provides a personalised and supportive space for individuals to reflect, set meaningful goals and take practical steps towards personal and professional growth.
AfterAthena, headquartered in Preston and part of Napthens Group with its offices throughout the North West, aims to assist people starting new roles, preparing for progression or seeking to strengthen their impact and confidence in their current position.
The programme includes six 60-minute coaching sessions and is delivered on a flexible basis, either face to face for individuals based in the North Westt or remotely via Microsoft Teams.
Amy Musgrove, Level 5 coach with AfterAthena, said: “This programme is designed to give individuals the time, space and support to focus on their development in a meaningful way.
“Coaching can be transformational for people who are stepping into leadership, navigating change or simply wanting to become more confident and effective in their role. I have also experienced coaching myself, so I know how beneficial it can be from the other side.”
As well as supporting the individual, coaching can also deliver wider benefits for employers.
These include stronger leadership capability, improved employee engagement, better communication, enhanced team dynamics and increased alignment between individual goals and organisational objectives.
