Blackburn-based chartered accountancy, business advisory and financial planning group PM+M has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Charlotte Radcliffe as a director in its accounting and advisory team.
Charlotte brings more than 20 years' experience to the role, joining from Saffery LLP after previously spending seven years with KJG LLP, now part of Xeinadin. She advises SMEs, owner-managed businesses and larger organisations and will work alongside partner Judith Dugdale and the wider accounting and advisory team.
Charlotte said: "A key factor in my decision to join PM+M was its independence and clear commitment to maintaining that position.
"Being independent allows the team to provide genuinely objective, client-focused advice, which strongly aligns with my own professional values. I was also drawn to the firm's collaborative culture and its strong reputation for delivering high-quality work."
Judith Dugdale said: "We are delighted to welcome Charlotte to the team. She has built an outstanding reputation throughout her career and I look forward to the positive impact she will have on our clients, colleagues and the continued growth of the firm."
