Planning consent granted for five acre Burnley business site

Trebor Developments, working in conjunction with Burnley Borough Council, has announced detailed planning consent has been granted for all phases of the five acre Burnley Vision Park development.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner, for Trebor commented “Working with our partners at Burnley Borough Council we have concluded the site master plan and obtained detailed planning consent in less than 12 months of our selection. The site is now ready to deliver, having been prepared and with planning in place. Trebor’s fast track approach to deliver specific premises to occupiers needs will be very attractive. We aim to commence works on the site during 2015”.
