Pink Link have launched a new resilience programme for women in business in partnership with Boost Lancashire’s Business Growth Hub.

The last 12 months have been hugely challenging for businesses, particularly for women who have also shouldered the bulk of home-schooling and familial responsibilities which has affected their entrepreneurial potential. Many of whom also work in severely affected sectors such as retail, hospitality, beauty, and leisure.

This series of fully funded online masterclasses will help hundreds of Lancashire based businesses to adapt, build and recover from the damages ravaged by the pandemic. Pink Link have brought a team of award-winning female experts from specialised fields in SEO and ecommerce, video, PR and sales to deliver courses devised to meet the needs of female entrepreneurs.

PR and Visibility Strategist, Amanda Fitzgerald is the Ultimate Door Opener. She trains businesswomen to successfully pitch to the press. She said “It is essential that every female business owner knows how to self-promote. I call it a ‘business-life skill’ - if you’re not paying an expensive PR agency to sing from the roof tops about your business then you need to step up and do it for yourself!”

For all those women who say they hate sales, Alison Edgar MBE, “The Entrepreneur’s Godmother” to a plethora of the world’s most successful entrepreneurs and author of best-selling book ‘Secrets of Successful Sales’, will help them to gain essential skills, knowledge and strategies so they can increase sales of their fantastic products and services.

Andrew Leeming, Boost programme manager, said: “Boost wants to help all Lancashire businesses to build resilience and support future growth. We’re proud to be partnering with Pink Link Ladies and BEIS to provide quality support to our brilliant female business owners. We want to assist long-term recovery and growth.”

Coral Horn, Founder of Pink Link said “Women are more comfortable in training courses which are female led. We create a welcoming environment where they can learn new skills and tools to help futureproof their business. Ladies, let’s help you survive, flourish and prosper.”

Support is delivered by Pink Link in partnership with Boost; Lancashire’s Business Growth Hub. It is funded by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy.

If you are a Lancashire based female entrepreneur and would like to upskill, equip and build a stronger, more resilient business in 2021, book your free place via www.pinklinkladies.co.uk/masterclasses or call 01772 348309.
