Pierce Corporate Finance supports PAYA Group on acquisition

PAYA Group, an award-winning independent provider of card processing solutions to businesses and charities, has acquired Interactive Transaction Solutions Limited (ITS) as part of plans to grow the Group and expand its service offering.

Paya Group, based in Northampton, acquired West Sussex-based ITS for an undisclosed sum.

The Corporate finance and tax teams at Pierce, led by Kevin Steven and Dominic Ball, provided lead advisory and diligence support throughout.

Funding for the transaction was provided by ThinCats and legal advice was provided by Holly Threlfall and Justin Wilson, of Franklins Solicitors LLP.
