PHX Training has appointed Jason Davenport as business leader for its Blackpool centre.
Jason began his career in retail, spending over 17 years in management roles before moving into the employability and skills sector.
His experience in leading teams and delivering community-focused programmes gives him a strong foundation for driving performance and ensuring positive outcomes for learners and jobseekers.
In his new role at PHX Training, Jason will oversee the delivery of the Restart programme and adult skills provision across Blackpool and Fleetwood, with a focus on supporting people to gain the skills and confidence they need to move into employment.
