Pendle Hill Properties Hosted Their First Free Mortgage Advice Event Back In October 2022

Local estate agent Pendle Hill Properties has announced plans to host its second free-to-attend mortgage advice event on Thursday 16th March 2023, in partnership with local independent financial advice firm Fairstone.

The event will be held at Padiham Football Club’s Ruby Civil Arena, on Thursday 16th March 2023 between 6 and 8pm, with representatives from Fairstone holding talks on key issues and offering expert, independent and free impartial mortgage advice, while also speaking at the event will be Dr Trudi Deakin, chief executive and consultant research dietitian at X-PERT Health.

X-PERT Health is a national provider of self-management programmes for prevention, management and even reversal of obesity and Type 2 diabetes, and a reduction of insulin in Type 1 diabetes. Their clinical trial and annual audits demonstrate improved health and wellbeing, with Dr Deakin’s talk to include everything you want to know about diet, sleep, stress and a healthy mind.

The mortgage event will not only look at fixed rates, but options for first time buyers and later life lending, including equity release, lifetime mortgages and RIO (Retirement Interest Only) mortgages.

With the rise in mortgage interest rates being a crucial part of the cost-of-living crisis, now is the perfect time to learn exactly what has changed and what your next steps are.

Andrew Turner, managing director of Pendle Hill Properties, said: “With the news that mortgage rates are reducing, we have decided to host our second mortgage advice event following an extremely successful event back in October.

“For those looking to buy, move, release equity or coming to the end of a fixed rate deal, I encourage you to come down and learn more at our dedicated session.

“With the products on offer from lenders constantly changing, Fairstone’s mortgage experts provide the understanding and experience needed to identify trends and navigate any difficulties that could arise, ensuring you get the deal that is right for you.”

Dr Trudi Deakin, said: “I am delighted to be speaking at this event and would encourage anyone wanting to learn more about their health and wellbeing to come along. Here at X-PERT Health we educate, not medicate and I am looking forward to engaging with people about diet, activity, sleep, stress and a healthy mind.”

Free tickets can be booked on Eventbrite.

Fairstone can assist first time buyers, buy to let, downsizers, remortgages and lots of individual circumstances. You can call Sophia to arrange a free initial chat on 01282 772048.
