PENDLE HILL PROPERTIES HAVE BEEN NAMED AS GOLD WINNER FOR LONGRIDGE AND GARSTANG BY THE BRITISH PROPERTY AWARDS.png.png

Longridge based estate agents Pendle Hill Properties have been named as the best estate agent in Longridge & Garstang by The British Property Awards.

The family-run company received the ‘Gold Winner’ title for their outstanding performance following an extensive judging period, which focused on customer service levels.

Following the announcement, Pendle Hill Properties have also been shortlisted for a number of national awards, which will be announced later in the year.

The award comes just 10 months after the popular estate agent opened its brand new office in the heart of Longridge, at 74 Berry Lane. Pendle Hill Properties are no strangers to local people however and have been selling and letting properties in the area for several years, headed up by Sales Director Thomas Turner.

This latest accolade further enhances their growth in the local area, as they go from strength to strength in both sales and lettings.

Pendle Hill Properties have also embraced the local community through a number of activities in recent years, including their annual Easter Egg competition, an advent calendar giveaway, taking part in the Longridge Soapbox Derby and much more.

Andrew Turner, managing director at Pendle Hill Properties, said: “We are delighted to accept this prestigious award. It is a fantastic reward for all the hard work we have done in Longridge and long may it continue.”

Thomas Turner, sales director at Pendle Hill Properties, said: “We are coming up to our one year anniversary here in Longridge and what better way to mark it. We would like to thank everyone who has supported us, both here in Longridge and further afield.”

Robert McLean from The British Property Awards, said: “Our awards have been specifically designed to be attainable to all agents, removing common barriers to entry, such as cost, to ensure that we have the most inclusive awards. Our awards have also been designed to remove any opportunity for bias or manipulation.

“If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time. Winning agents should be proud that their customer service levels provide a benchmark for their local, regional and national competition.”

The British Property Awards provide agents throughout the UK with an invaluable opportunity to compare the service that they provide against the service provided by their local, regional and national competition.

Agents who go that extra mile and provide outstanding levels of customer service are rewarded with the accolade, which acts as a beacon to highlight these attributes to their local marketplace.

Pendle Hill Properties is a family-run estate and lettings agency based in Read and Longridge, providing a specialist residential property sales and rentals service across the Ribble Valley, Longridge, Preston, Burnley and Pendle areas.
