Pendle Council and Pendle Vision Board has unveiled the shortlist for the 2018 Pendle Business Awards.

The winners will be revealed at the sixth Pendle Business Awards on Thursday 5 July at the Fence Gate.

Dennis Mendoros, chairman of Pendle Vision Board and president of Mendor Enterprises, said: “Once again we’re delighted to see businesses of all shapes and sizes making it through to the next stage and it’s particularly great to see entries from some of Pendle’s newest companies.

“The judges had a difficult task whittling them down because everyone who has entered deserves recognition for their fantastic achievements.”

This year new category Making a Local Difference was most popular, followed by Most Outstanding Business of the Year (small).

The winners will receive the coveted Pendle trophy – an elegant glass and metal sculpture inspired by Pendle Hill and designed and created by local company Merc Aerospace.
