Calling all Lancashire-based business leaders: got some great ideas, but not sure how to turn them into profitable products or services?

Join Jane Dalton, founder of Groundswell Innovation, and Paul Aisthorpe, managing director of Scale-Ability for the latest fully funded peer-to-peer networking programme that kicks off on 1 February. It’s a peer-learning group that supports you with the right tools, techniques, and advice to direct your innovative thinking towards scaling up and strengthening your business.

In collaboration with other local business leaders, there will be six 3-hour facilitated online workshops through February and March on innovation including:

Setting up for innovation  Collaborative problem solving  Exploring consumer trends and wider opportunities  Idea prioritisation  Moving from idea to value proposition   Incremental innovation

Lead by Jane, the highly engaging and interactive sessions will challenge you to think differently, using innovation strategy to plan, launch and develop new product and service opportunities. Paul brings the strength of his experience as an SME business owner, coach and mentor to your 1-2-1 coaching, empowering you to deliver the impact and results you’re looking for. Together, Paul and Jane will facilitate a collaborative and supportive environment to help you grow and scale your business.

"In a constantly evolving, unpredictable marketplace where the youngest generations are the buyers of tomorrow, innovation is in demand. Working with such a diverse range of clients over the last 8 years, I have seen the pace of change accelerate beyond expectations. Business owners don't have time to stand still. Understanding the mechanics and different elements of an innovation process will help you innovate efficiently and stay one step ahead of your competition.” – Paul Aisthorpe

If you’re looking for motivation and the clarity you need to get out of the starter blocks, then look no further. Peer Networks aims to spark the momentum needed to enhance your business performance.
