Partner promotion for commercial property lawyer

Regional law firm Napthens has announced a Commercial Property solicitor is to step up from associate to the role of partner.

Stephen Bell, who joined Napthens in 2014, has been named a partner to mark his contribution to the business.

He will continue to advise clients on the full range of commercial property issues, and will be part of a team tasked with developing Napthens’ business in the Southport and wider Merseyside region, a strategy announced recently with the appointment of the firm’s new chief executive.

Stephen handles all aspects of commercial property legal work, from residential to commercial developments, site acquisitions, real estate property finance, and landlord and tenant issues.

Among his key clients are owners of very significant property portfolios, international names in the employee recruitment sectors, regional motor traders and high street banks. As well as advising on complex property issues, Stephen also routinely carries out corporate support for Napthens’ Corporate team.
