Chorley based Panache Cruises has made three new appointments.
As part of its continued growth, Alyson Page has joined as financial controller, Ben Houghton has been appointed data analyst and Jade Hegarty is the new sales training and development manager.
Chief executive James Cole said: “These appointments reflect where we are as a business. As we scale, we need specialists.
“Alyson is a very experienced financial controller who has been brought in to perform a specific role in our finance team.
“Ben will be looking at our data analytics, creating new KPIs and management information.”
Panache was founded by James in 2020 and has grown to more than 100 staff with international offices in the US and Australia.
The business recently made a six-figure investment in Chester based Vedere Travel as part of a wider strategy to expand into other areas of the travel industry.
Jade previously worked at Althams Travel and as a tourism management lecturer at Runshaw College. She has just spent two weeks in the US onboarding staff.
James said: “She’s exceptionally motivated and skilled. As we continue to scale the business, we’re looking for experts in their area and Jade absolutely ticks that box.”
Alyson said: “I love the people and the culture. Panache Cruises is an exciting business and I’m really happy to be part of the journey.”
Ben, a graduate of Loughborough University, said: “A business like Panache Cruises, with offices around the world, generates a lot of data. My job is to help the management team make more informed decisions from the data.”
