Padiham Football Club & Cricket Club sponsorship

At Fagan & Whalley, we’re incredibly proud of our heritage and the vibrant community which surrounds us here in Burnley - a town which has played a vital role in helping the company become what it is today. 

As part of our efforts to give something back to the community which has supported our development over the years, we’re excited to announce our renewed sponsorship of Padiham FC, and the brand-new sponsorship deal we’ve recently struck up with Padiham Cricket Club. 

"Having been a proud sponsor and supporter of Padiham FC for over 10 years, the decision to renew our sponsorship with the club was kind of a no-brainer,” says F&W transport operations director, Daniel Fagan. “Then when the local cricket club approached us for sponsorship, we were equally excited to get involved.

"It’s been an absolute pleasure to support Padiham FC over the years, and to have been able to attend the club’s annual sportsman’s dinner, which is usually held in the suite over at Burnley Football Club. The event unfortunately had to be cancelled last year due to COVID, but we’re hopeful that it will be rescheduled once restrictions have been lifted. A group of F&W staff attend each year, and it’s always nice to get the opportunity to spend time with colleagues outside of work, all while supporting our local sporting teams.

Being a locally-established firm, with our Head Office and several operational sites still based in Padiham, Fagan & Whalley has a close connection to the area, and we’re always looking for ways we can give back to our local community and promote the area as a whole.
