OSWALDTWISTLE MILLS HAS A FANTASTIC SELECTION OF CHRISTMAS TREES ON OFFER.jpg.jpg

Oswaldtwistle Mills is spreading even more Christmas cheer this year, by launching late-night shopping every Thursday from 20th November to 18th December – until 8pm.

Visitors can enjoy a relaxed and festive atmosphere as the stores stay open into the evening - the perfect time to find thoughtful gifts, explore beautiful decorations, and experience the magic of Christmas after dark.

Angelica’s Tearoom will also remain open until 7pm, serving a tempting menu of seasonal favourites, festive drinks, and sweet treats, ideal for a cosy winter catch-up with friends or family after shopping.

They’re also running a generous Kids Eat Free offer within the late opening hours, with a free kid’s meal offered with every adult meal purchased.

Every year, Oswaldtwistle Mills transforms into a festive wonderland and this year has four themed Christmas areas - Santa’s Village, Traditional, Cosy Time, and Snow Moon - each filled with lights, decorations and perfect photo moments.

From the Oswaldtwistle Mills Express Ski Cable Cars to the Snow Moon Igloo display and the Christmas Village viewing dome, every corner offers a glimpse into the magic of the season.

With brilliant lighting, wreaths, garlands, and one of the best Christmas tree selections in Lancashire - from classic green pines to sparkling pre-lit designs - visitors can find everything they need to deck their halls in style.

Their large selection of high quality real trees will also be available from 22nd November.

Visitors can also book the award-nominated Santa’s Grotto Experience, recently named a finalist in the Lancashire Tourism Awards 2025 for “Best Experience” - a well-deserved recognition of the team’s creativity and dedication in bringing the magic of Christmas to life each year.

The 45-minute immersive Santa’s Grotto Experience is a joyful, family-friendly journey through the North Pole. Guests are greeted by Jinxy the Head Elf, who leads a fun-filled craft and activity session before a festive singalong with Santa himself.

Each family is then invited for a personalised grotto visit and photo opportunity, where every child receives a beautiful snuggle plush gift to take home - a special keepsake from an unforgettable day.

Running every weekend from 30th November to 24th December, the experience is priced at £20 per child, which includes all crafts, take-home items and a plush gift. Each child ticket includes two free adult tickets, with extra adults welcome for £5 each.

Spaces are limited, and early booking is recommended via Eventbrite: www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/santas-grotto-experience-2025-tickets-1113899676919

Nick Pitman, managing director of Oswaldtwistle Mills, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to introduce late-night Thursday openings to make the festive season even more enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.

"Being named a finalist for the Lancashire Tourism Awards ‘Best Experience’ for Santa’s Grotto is a real honour and a testament to our team’s hard work and imagination. We can’t wait to welcome families to experience the joy and magic of Christmas at Oswaldtwistle Mills!”

Late Night Thursdays: 20th November – 18th December
