Online resources to help businesses grow in Lancashire

A new website of business resources has been launched to help new and established businesses grow and create jobs for people in Lancashire.

The website includes a regularly updated library of downloadable business advice, a calendar of upcoming events and searchable databases of financial support, business services and commercial property. The library currently includes downloads on how to make the most of online marketing and the first chapter of a ‘Start-Up Guide’ for new businesses, which will be updated fortnightly.

Pages also include information about the area, for companies wishing to relocate and developers looking to invest in Lancashire.

The website, www.regeneratepl.co.uk, is maintained by economic development agency Regenerate Pennine Lancashire

Regenerate’s Managing Director, Steve Hoyle, said: “Our new website is just one part of our strategy to create over 500 new businesses and 1000 jobs in East Lancashire within the year, as well as to offer innovation and technology support to businesses across Lancashire.”

“We hope businesses find our website useful, but also remember that our friendly business advisors, who offer free, customisable support, are just a phone call away”.

Business case studies from a selection of companies who have received direct support from Regenerate will be uploaded regularly to the website to show the range of support available.

Businesses can contact Regenerate for free on 0800 612 2029, or email [email protected]
