There's just a week until young business professionals in Lancashire can get away from the office to enjoy networking in the great outdoors at a Sub36 event.
Lancashire Business View’s first Sub36 event of the year will include ziplining, archery, and making bread over a campfire at Outdoor Elements, Trapp Lane, Burnley on April 29 between 9-11am.
This event allows professionals the chance to make new connections whilst enjoying a memorable outdoor experience.
Farah Cheema, Sub36 lead for Lancashire Business View said: "If you’re wanting to grow your network and meet fellow young business professional but are tired of the same old event formats, this one’s for you.
"Our next Sub36 event at Outdoor Elements is all about stepping out of your comfort zone, having fun and making genuine connections - whether that’s while ziplining, taking aim at archery or gathering around the fire baking bread together.
“Sub36 is designed to bring Lancashire’s under‑36 professionals together in a relaxed, supportive way, where conversations happen naturally and connections really stick.
"These events open the door to new friendships, collaborations and opportunities and can lead to wider exposure through Lancashire Business View, from magazine features to awards and panel opportunities.
“It’s networking, but not as you know it. If you’re looking to meet like‑minded people, try something new and come away feeling inspired, I’d really encourage you to sign up and join us.
“This is not a typical networking event, so feel free to swap the suits for something a little more woodland friendly.”
A spokesman for Outdoor Elements said: “We are delighted to be hosting the next Sub36 event and sharing our woodland with Lancashire’s next generation of leaders.
“It’s the perfect team-building setting to spark ideas, build meaningful connections and challenge yourself with something different.”
