Northern Trust recruits two

Northern Trust has added Nick Hart and Helen Ashworth to its land team.

Nick has joined the company as assistant land surveyor whilst Helen has joined as a new planner.

Helen brings with her a wealth of experience having worked in planning within local government for over 17 years.

She said: “I am very happy to be working at Northern Trust and am looking forward to progressing both my career and the ambitions of the company.”

Following Nick’s graduation from both undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Bristol, he moved to Lancashire to pursue a career within land and development.

He said: “I am pleased to be fulfilling my career aspirations at Northern Trust and am looking forward to the exciting new challenges that lay ahead.”

Northern Trust’s land and development division has been successfully promoting its own sites and third party landowner's sites for over 25 years. In the last 24 months the team has achieved planning for c 4,500 residential units with an additional 1,500 units due to go to planning in the next 12 months.
