NORI HR makes three new appointments

The on-going COVID-19 pandemic has increased the requirement and demand for HR support, in particular around issues including furlough, redundancy, dependence and holiday leave.

Dawn and Lizzie have been recruited in the position of Senior HR Advisors, with Harriett joining the Marketing team as an Apprentice.

The new team members will support NORI HR & Employment Law as the company continues to grow.

The expanded team will all be based from the new NORI HR office based at Oswaldtwistle Mills Business & Conference centre, in the heart of Lancashire.

Senior HR Support Advisors

Dawn and Lizzie bring with them a combined 21 years of HR and Employment Law experience, providing advice and support to business owners and management teams across a wide range of sectors and disciplines.

NORI HR provide HR & Employment Law consultancy support 24/7/365 by phone and email, bespoke legal documentation and an on-site service supporting business with HR processes up to and including early conciliation.

Valuing Apprenticeships and Kickstart Schemes

NORI HR also recognise the value Apprenticeships can bring to a business and supporting local students to develop their skills, bringing new and innovative ideas to the business.

Lisa Struthers, NORI HR Operations Director added “We are delighted to welcome Harriett, our Digital Marketing Apprentice, who will work alongside our outsourced Marketing Director Richard Singleton to develop our online HR resources toolkit, available to any business looking for HR support”.

NORI HR are also undertaking a recruitment drive through the Governments Kickstart Scheme. The Kickstart scheme is aimed at supporting individuals between 16 and 24 years of age to develop their skills in the workplace and improve their chances of gaining work through long term employment.
