Accrington-based training provider North Lancs Training Group (NLTG) have once again showcased their generosity to the local community by donating Easter eggs to a number of local charities and community partners.
The eggs were delivered ahead of the Easter Bank Holiday weekend to Maundy Relief, Hyndburn Food Pantry, Accrington Stanley Community Trust and Clayton Amateur Boxing Club.
All of the donated eggs included a special message for their recipients, detailing the opportunities available to them at NLTG, including Apprenticeships, Study Programmes, Traineeships, Commercial Courses and Courses for Job Seekers.
Gareth Lindsay, managing director of NLTG, said: “One of the things we love to do every year is help to bring smiles to the faces of people in our local community, and we are delighted to be donating these Easter eggs to some fantastic local charities and community partners.
“This donation kickstarts a number of initiatives and activities which we are supporting in 2023 and everyone here at NLTG is passionate about giving something back to the community.”
Eddy O’Brien, chairman at Hyndburn Food Pantry, commented: “We would just like to say a huge thank you to North Lancs Training Group for their generous donation of Easter eggs. We know they are doing a lot to support the community and it’s great to be a part of it. Also don’t forget you can always drop in to the Hyndburn Food Pantry and we can help you where we can.”
Lucy Hardwick, CEO at Maundy Relief, added: “This donation from North Lancs Training Group is the first we have received so far this year and they are going to be such a great help over Easter. If anyone else does have any eggs which they can drop off, we would be so grateful.”
