Nigel adds Michelin star appeal to Lancashire Business Day celebrations!

One of the Great British chefs will be donning his whites for Lancashire Business Day 2017.

Nigel Howarth, chef patron at Northcote, has confirmed he will lead the kitchen team for the first ever business celebration of Lancashire Day.

Nigel has held a Michelin Star for more than two decades, one of his many international honours.

For Lancashire Business Day, Nigel is devising a unique Lancashire-themed menu, and he’ll personally oversee every aspect of the kitchen on the big night.

This new date in the county’s commercial calendar will celebrate the red rose county’s graft, skill, determination and success.

The event has been devised by Lancashire Business View (LBV) magazine in partnership with Marketing Lancashire, the county’s destination management organisation.

Lancashire Day can trace its roots back to 1295 when the county first sent representatives to Edward I’s Parliament.

Lancashire Business Day will take place on November 27, the traditional date for Lancashire Day Celebrations, capping a programme of events across the county.
