Nick Booth to head Harrison Drury corporate and commercial division

Commercial litigator Nick Booth has been promoted to head of the corporate and commercial division at Preston-based law firm Harrison Drury.

Nick, who joined the company in 2014 and was made a director in 2017, will oversee the work and direction of other teams including the corporate, insolvency, employment and regulatory teams.

John Chesworth, executive chairman at Harrison Drury, said: "Nick has significantly expanded the expertise and services of our commercial litigation team during his time here. He’s also been an amazing asset to our clients during the pandemic, showing the leadership qualities we desire to help us continue progressing as firm.
