New tenants welcomed to Red Scar, Preston

Tustin Developments has welcomed new tenants to Red Scar Business Park, in east Preston.

NW Carpets & Flooring Ltd has taken A1 Red Scar, a newly refurbished, single storey warehouse and showroom unit on a three-year lease from landlords Tustin Developments and are successfully trading from the premises. Robert Pinkus & Co and BDH acted as joint agents on behalf of the landlord.
