Seriun are thrilled to announce two exciting promotions within their technical team, reinforcing Seriun’s commitment to internal growth and excellence in service delivery.

Formerly service desk manager, Paul Jameson has stepped into a new leadership role as Head of Technical Services.

Over the past five years at Seriun, Paul has become a cornerstone of the service desk operation – streamlining processes, championing team development, and consistently driving customer satisfaction.

In his new role, Paul will oversee Seriun’s full technical delivery – working across service and projects to maintain impeccable standards while supporting the technical strategy of the business. He will align Seriun’s services with future growth, ensuring customers continue to receive industry-leading IT support.

Paul Jameson added:  “I’m really pleased to be taking on this new role. It’s a great chance to work more closely with teams across the business and help strengthen how we deliver technical services. I’m looking forward to supporting our continued growth and making sure our customers keep getting the high level of service they expect from us.”

Taking over the reins of the day-to-day service desk operation is Jordan Hines, who has been promoted from senior service desk engineer to service desk team Leader.

Since joining Seriun in 2022, Jordan has consistently demonstrated technical expertise, a calm-under-pressure attitude, and a genuine passion for supporting both clients and colleagues.

In his new leadership role, he will manage the daily operations of the service desk team, mentor engineers, and ensure service tickets are handled quickly and effectively.

Jordan said: “It’s an exciting step forward for me, and I’m ready to take on the challenge. I’ve learned a lot from Paul and the wider team, and I’m really looking forward to helping shape the service desk as we continue to grow. Our focus remains on delivering exceptional customer experiences.”

Driving Technical Excellence

These internal promotions reflect Seriun’s dedication to career progression and developing talent from within.

Richard Lee, technical director, said: “Paul and Jordan are both fantastic examples of how hard work, passion and a commitment to excellence can open new doors. It’s incredibly rewarding to see our people grow with us, and both promotions are thoroughly well deserved.”

As Seriun continues to grow across IT, Telecoms and Cyber Security, investing in our people remains at the heart of our success.
