Celebrated chef Paul Heathcote has launched a new events venue in Preston city centre and recruited seoBusiness to build its showcase website.

23 Winckley Square is now taking bookings for all types of events such as wedding celebrations, birthday parties, PR launches and corporate meetings. It also makes a great film & TV set!

With a capacity for up to 300 guests, the venue has flexible layout options available for your exclusive use. Choose your own food & drink suppliers who can make use of the venues bar, kitchen and pizza oven facilities. There’s also a stage area where your favourite entertainers can perform for you guests. It is located on the popular Winckley Square and across from the sprawling Avenham Park.

To promote the venue, owner Paul Heathcote hired Blackburn-based web development agency seoBusiness to build its website – 23Winckley.co.uk. The team used high-quality photography and beautiful video to showcase the venue giving potential customers the chance to explore the space from the comfort of their own home or office.

Beyond showcasing the visual appeal of 23 Winckley Square, the website also allows users to check availability, make reservations and pay for services.

It also features links to trusted partners in dining, drinks and entertainment to assist planners in hosting the perfect event.

Paul said: “It’s an events space that can be transformed to suit any use, from personal to corporate, and as we put the finishing touches on, it is looking truly spectacular. We can’t wait to welcome our first customers.

He added: “The website performs many functions, it’s more than just a brochure. By handling enquiries, availability and payment, it enables customers a quick and straightforward way to book at their own convenience and in their own way.

seoBusiness came highly recommended and on speaking with the team it was soon clear they were the right team for the project. They listened to what we wanted, made some smart suggestions, and ultimately have delivered the end result we wanted – a stunning website which reflects our stunning venue.”

Latif Kothia, director of seoBusiness, said: “Paul is a well-respected entrepreneur in the local hospitality sector and it has been a great experience working with him on this fantastic project.

“23 Winckley Square is a magnificent venue and I’m proud of the website we have built which not only shows it in its best light but is also a useful tool that helps both the business and its customers to arrange bookings without hassle or extra steps.”
