Lancaster-based law firm Pre-Law has relocated to new premises in the city centre after supporting more than 200 clients in its first year of trading.
Established in July 2024 by partners Ben Anderson and Jake Draycott, Pre-Law offers fixed-price services across commercial, family and employment law.
The firm’s new city centre location at Sir Simon’s Arcade is intended to provide an expanded base from which to serve clients across Lancaster, Morecambe Bay and the surrounding area.
Jake Draycott, partner and solicitor at Pre-Law, said: “We’re proud to be opening in the heart of Lancaster. Since launching just over a year ago, we’ve driven to provide affordable, transparent legal services to individuals and businesses locally.
“This new space allows us to build on that by offering a welcoming, accessible environment. Both myself and Ben have been in Lancaster a long time, and we’re excited to invest back into the city by becoming part of its high street.
“Our model removes the worry of spiralling legal costs, giving clients the confidence to access support when they need it. We’ve now supported over two hundred clients, and this move is a natural next step as we continue to grow. It also gives us the opportunity to welcome other legal professionals into a modern, relaxed environment that reflects our approach.”
