Create Homes, the residential house-building arm of North-West Construction & Development experts Create Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Booth as Managing Director.

Andrew has over 30 years of development experience, having previously held similar senior roles within the Construction Industry, working on both residential and mixed-use projects for the Calico Group, Mulbury Homes, Taylor Wimpey and Manchester City Council.

Andrew is a highly ambitious and experienced property professional with wide-ranging skills including land identification, the legal process, contracts, planning and delivery, as well as project and asset management.   With a unique and extensive knowledge of residential development and an enviable track record for delivering high value and complex residential and mixed-use development schemes throughout the North West, Andrew will spearhead the strategy of the business, in order to support the development and growth of this relatively young housebuilder, now in its 6th year.   Andrew joins Create Homes at an exciting period, overseeing the delivery of the business’s three core functions; residential housebuilding, turn-key RP delivery and strategic land services. Create currently has luxury homes for sale in three countryside locations in Inskip, Pilling and the recently launched 34 home development ‘The Sandpipers’, in Longridge, as well as a healthy pipeline of exciting future developments.   Andrew commented: "I am both delighted and excited to be joining the company during this period of growth. It is a dynamic and forward-thinking business with a positive and friendly culture. So far, Create Homes has gained a fantastic reputation for building quality homes in desirable locations and I relish the opportunity to work with the team to deliver our ambitious growth targets that will help take the business to the next level.”   Andrew will be working alongside owner and CEO, Paul Mathison and Founder, Gill Mathison.   Gill Mathison said: Create Homes is delighted to welcome Andrew to the team. Andrew brings a wealth of Industry expertise to the table and is passionate about strengthening our brand and reputation even further within the new homes marketplace. I’m sure he will help us to continue to deliver the quality products and developments that our discerning customers have come to expect.”

+ The marketing suite at ‘The Sandpipers’ opened on 23rd April, with properties in the first phase of the development now available for reservation. Visit createhomes.com/sandpipers for details.
